She has led support teams, mentored technicians, and managed a wide range of technical environments, from AV systems and mobile device management to server infrastructure and low-voltage cable creation. Known for her ability to translate complex systems into clear, empowering solutions, Angela believes users deserve to understand the tools they rely on.
